ENROL NOW FOR ONLINE SESSION 16TH APRIL 2025
In this half day course you will learn about forever chemicals, also known as PFAS and chemicals of concern. The interiors and furniture industry is pivoting quickly towards a circular economy. So transparency and tracking around the composition of products and treatments are fast becoming necessary. Chemicals of concern can cause serious health issues.
Unfortunately many in the interiors industry don’t realise the types of chemicals that are used on textile, timber, adhesives and paint treatments to name a few, that cause these problems. You will learn that Australia is a hotspot for these concerning chemicals and learn how to empower your colleagues and suppliers to make a positive impact by investigating exactly what ingredients you are placing into your fit-outs.
